This is the first we have heard of any problems wtih the webmail. Please email us more specifics and we’ll look into it right away. If you like you can still access the old version of webmail at http://mail.diversesolutions.com/mail/.

If you go into your webmail and click on Tools, click into Options, under the Mail tab there is a Signature tab. In here you can add your signature. If you would like to add images, create your signature on a page of your website and then click into the HTML button and copy the HTML and paste it into the signature box. You are also going to want to have the email format set to HTML, this is changed in the same area as the signature under the Default tab.
