I love the changes. I would encourage you to put together a video or screencast of the changes made that we can post to our consumers to make them aware of their new options as they search. I’ll do what I can on my end, but the more consumers that know about your product, the more realtors will be demanding it!

Love the new features! I especially love the expandable search fields – nice touch.. There is one request on the “links” page, perhaps we can get the actual title included on the page somewhere, perhaps where the total number of listings pops in, nice to see what subdivision we had done the search on, or perhaps a title and criteria selected in small print somewhere… Love what you are doing, keep up the hard work!

@Jay: We considered doing something like that, but the problem was that we couldn’t be 100% confident that we weren’t eliminating properties that were NOT short sales or REO’s. In other words, our pre-foreclosure / REO algorithm is only so accurate (99.5+% as of right now), and we were concerned that MLS’s would get upset if our IDX excluded some of those mistake properties from the search results. We may consider opening it up in the admin though so that at least agents can build “links” for non-distressed homes.
