		<description>From Art Carter&#039;s comments.  local Associations own their respective mls&#039;s.  It would not be appropriate for CAR to use members money in order to buy CARET (something) they already own.  I also believe that the local control within the cooperating mls&#039;s is a much better way to go, rather than have no control through CAR.  Your thoughts on this subject.</description>
