The Dwellicious chicklet on DS seems to work great and properties are easily added to my Dwellicious bookmarks. Great so far. Once in my Dwellicious bookmark, if I click the property link, I'm taken back to a DS search -- not the individual property. This needs to be corrected. Also, what happens if the property is no longer active? How would you direct the link? Once the bugs are worked out, I think this could be a great complement to my DS solutions. As an agent, the ability to collaborate more effectively with my clients on listings is very powerful eliminating lots of fleeting emails, spreadsheets, etc. As an agent, I don't see $49 a month of value, so I think your pricing may be off. Or is it $29/mo? There's not enough information on the site to understand the dashboard. Maybe the consumer version is OK.... I may sign-up to check it out. This is a great idea.
