		<description>Great anlaysis.  I&#039;ve completed the same analysis for my market.  Folks in CA and AZ definitely have it tough right now.  

I would love to see two simple enhancements that would really help me do basic market analysis like this:  

1. Add rent/sale as selection in the database.  I gotta think you get this from the MLS feeds (I know MRIS has it).  I also do the cludge to put in a minimum value -- but this is a cludge.  When users do basic searches, the get rentals when they don&#039;t want them.  Seems like a basic data attribute that should be exposed on searches.

#2. Add County as a selection criteria.  Right now, a collection of zip codes must be used,  and all can&#039;t be entered in one search.  Again, seems like this is a data attribute that must be collected from IDX -- the field needs to be exposed.</description>
