Our Mapping IDX (dsSearchAgent) was designed to be your complete, full-featured lead capture IDX solution.  Buyers can use interactive slider inputs, a Google Map search interface, and advanced IDX search fields (including shortsale, open house, and price drop filters) to filter through MLS listings.  Search results are displayed on a Google Map and in a scrolling list, all on the same page without any reloading.  We also include user registration, calls to action, and buyer tools that allow you to capture IDX leads on your real estate website.  Included widgets let you create listing slideshows, map widgets, and IDX quick search forms to fully integrate the MLS IDX feed into your website.  Realtors can login to our IDX admin area to customize search fields, make layout changes, pre-filter MLS data, create custom IDX search pages – - and of course, see all the IDX leads that registered on their site.  dsSearchAgent IDX works with any website and is built to engage buyers for lead capture.

Our IDX plugin options for WordPress (dsIDXpress and dsIDXpress Pro) were created to seamlessly integrate MLS data into a WordPress site for SEO purposes.  dsIDXpress generates pages on your website for every city, community, and listing in your MLS IDX feed, and each page is optimized for search engines.  With our WordPress IDX plugin, all IDX data is on your domain, which gives your real estate site a competitive edge in search engine ranking.  You can add IDX listings directly to your blog posts with WordPress Shortcode, or with links to pre-filtered IDX search pages.  All the IDX content is indexed, allowing your site to get search engine ranking for every listing in your MLS.

The dsIDXpress Pro option includes user registration, lead capture features, many IDX widgets, and advanced IDX searching, while our basic version of dsIDXpress has limited search capabilities for buyers with no user registration or other prominent lead capture built in; the focus of dsIDXpress is on SEO benefits.  dsIDXpress helps boost SEO with fully integrated indexable IDX data on your WordPress site.

Each of our IDX products can be used indepently, but they have been designed to be used together.  dsIDXpress can help your SEO efforts and provides unique ways to integrate IDX data to your WordPress blog; but has limits to its search and lead capture capabilites.  dsSearchAgent IDX is all about search features, buyer engagements, and lead capture; but offers little SEO benefit.  Together, dsSearchAgent and dsIDXpress can increase site traffic, provide the features and engagement buyers are looking for, and (best of all) offer the best lead conversion for your real estate website.
