Outside Sales - Los Angeles, CA

We are looking for upbeat, focused and well-organized individuals to join our Outside Sales team to sell our suite of web base real estate software and services. Compensation consists of a yearly base salary, an excellent commission structure and performance bonuses. You must have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing client lists, as well as closing sales consistently over a sustained period of time in an outside sales environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing your exclusing territory
  • Constantly developing creative ways to find potential clients
  • Working warm leads and cold calling to set up presentation appointments
  • Proactively prospecting, qualifying and pitching potential new clients
  • Giving office presentation in front of groups of REALTORS
  • Creating a sales pipeline and complete sales orders
  • Meeting quarterly revenue targets and guide team to do the same
  • Becoming an expert with our products and services
  • Attend tradeshows to promote and sell our products and services

Responsibilities include:

  • Ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in software, website, or online services sales
  • Must be passionate about sales
  • Detail-oriented; ability to juggle multiple clients at the same time
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of the internet and the real estate industry
  • Strong computer applications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Musts be a self starter
  • BA/BS degree preferred
