Around here, working with MLS data all day, you tend to run into a lot of bad MLS photos. In the past we’ve linked you guys to Athol’s Bad MLS Photo of the Day, but we decided to start featuring some of the gems we come across as well.
Today we have for you, someone who may need help figuring out how to use their computer err camera. And yes, read carefully, someone took a picture of the photo on their monitor to put into the MLS. At least we know who to contact if we want to see what the house looks like.
More quality craftsmanship that needs to be showcased. And yes, this was the only photo on this listing.
Is that a gong or a giant paella pan? I’m still not sure what is going on in the background with the cat(?) but lets focus on the pan…I mean gong…I mean pan.
Is that the house we are supposed to be interested in on the left side of this fine piece of framed art?
Did this house have some structural support problems? Or has the REALTOR® fallen, and can’t get up.
I want to buy the last picture…….perhaps the wind knocked over the house….those Santa Ana winds are strong…
Oh my goodness that first one is a classic, LMAO.
Thanks for the link love too, always appreciated. 🙂
Keep it up!
This is one list on which I don’t want to have an entry!
I love the first picture! Think about how dumb the “real estate agent” must s/he have been to take that picture! The picture s/he needed (as bad as it is) was already in the computer s/he used to download, the “new and improved” picture, to the MLS with!
You have got to love DUMB! I say s/he is not a Realtor. S/he is a Realtard!
Okay, that was a real belly laugh!
These photos are beyond words. It really make you wonder if the agent was truly trying to sell the property. Oh well, at least they keep the real estate photographers is business.
I must say that the first pic is a first for me. I’ve seen some pretty stoopid MLS photos, in my area and in others…but that one takes the cake.
The dresser(?) drawer unit is a close second. Or maybe it’s some kind of condo unit for a secret cult?
As much as I love these photos for a laugh, I am at the same time ashamed and angry – ashamed that sellers are let down so by such idiots who are trusted with their most valuable asset – and angry that these idiots NEVER go away. They are only replaced by newer idiots.
Great pic’s. You have got to question where someone’s head is at times. Thanks for the chuckles
I’m always amazed by photos like these … amazed that an agent would be so lazy and amazed that a home owner allowed it. But, it happens everywhere – here’s a post I wrote last month that showcases some of the laughable shots taken by agents in my market:

It never ceases to amaze me the photos some people take when uploading a new listing to the MLS. I don’t know if it’s plain laziness or something else…
