I talk to so many people and I try to express how important it is to have a website. Everyone always wants one that's super flashy and hi tech but I tell them that's not the important part. Have a site where they can search or sign up for listings. When it comes down to it, all the client wants is information about listings and the faster you can get them to the client the better the chance that you can capture that lead.
