Mike — Welcome aboard. Looking forward to checking out your blog and following you on Twitter!
Thanks Candace! Hope to speak with you soon. I’m really excited to be working with everyone and look forward to an awesome year.
Congratulations Mike….I look forward to learning more about Social Media in 2009.
I’m a new DS customer and am excited about the capabilities of this platform and the focus on social media. I would love to see basic case management to help improve the support process. We should be able to enter, track and see the visibility of support issues. Right now, this all appears to be email-based. Boring stuff, but necessary.
@Bruce – I completely agree. We’re actually going to be implementing a new issue management system in the next couple months that will better streamline the support process.
@Justin – the new support ticket system sounds great. Also I would like to welcome Mike. Blogs and Social media are great benefits to realtors and I would like to see anything new you guys can bring to the table to make it easier on us to keep up with the social media marketing with your system.
Thanks Farrah, follow us on Twitter, you can do so from the Twitter widget to the right. Let me know if there is ever anything we can do for you!
