Our programmers have been grinding away and added quite a few new MLS areas to our lineup since our last post. We’ve expanded our IDX coverage area into six new MLS markets in the Midwest, including quite a few in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We also added three in the gulf coast areas of Alabama and Mississippi, along with an MLS on the New Jersey coast.
Below is a full list of new areas we now offer IDX services for. As always, follow us on Twitter for the latest news on feeds we complete as we complete them, or contact us for more information for more information on adding listings from any of these areas to your website.

- Central Wisonsin MLS (CWMLS)
- REALTOR® Associaton of Southern Minnesota (RASM)

Will you please consider adding the Greater Alexandria Area Association of Realtors?
@Craig: We’re adding them as fast as we can 🙂 I did check with our Sales Manager as they have a better idea… What State is this in? If you’d like, you can ping our Sales Department at 877.348.7654 ext. 1 – Tell them you chatted w/Ricardo via the blog and you’d like to know if we’ll be adding your specific coverage area anytime soon.
Let me know if you run into any problems…
I imagine that is somewhat okay
I recently joined you and then you unfortunately had to refund my money because the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors (GNIAR) was chargin $2500 for a setup fee. This means that you do not have GNIAR setup, which contradicts this post above. Did you decide to pay this setup fee? and if so, let me know and I will sign up with you immediately.
Hi Matthew,
I’m terribly sorry for the confusion, that was an over-sight on our part. We’re not currently set up with GNIAR so there is currently a setup fee of $2,500. I’ve gone ahead and edited the post for clarification and we’ll continue to post new MLS’s as we add them.
We setup GNIAR for a client, and they are using the data without any issue. BUT it turns out GNIAR only waives the setup fees for the first member – – any subsequent members and they charge $2500 extra. I think the pricing is designed so a developer who puts together an IDX for a single member can get data for cheap, whereas “big vendors” get stuck with big fees.
Needless to say, it’s out of the ordinary and was a surprise to us, too. Once we get enough potential GNIAR clients to offset the extra fees, we should be able to offer this MLS at our regular pricing. I’ve updated this post to reflect the change. Sorry we were not able to offer GNIAR for you with the extra fees.
