Here you will find an incredible knowledge base that includes videos, tutorials and how-to guides for the products listed above. If you’re unsure where to look, use our search box to direct you to the right place.
Diverse Solutions Community Forum
Our Community Forum has over 1,600 members! Here you can figure out how to find help, post issues or questions, and share ideas in an open environment. With topics ranging from “Mapping Tool Tips” to “Forced Registration” discussion, this is a great place to share your expertise and learn what’s really working for others. If it’s your first time visiting the forum make sure you check out the FAQ section as you may have to register before you can post.
At Diverse Solutions we host weekly webinars for our clients that cover the full range of our products. A webinar is a 30 minute tutorial that allows you to watch and listen on your computer as a customer service representative walks you through the features and capabilities of each product. You can even ask questions along the way!
We offer two different webinars per product. If you’re looking to get a broad overview of how a product works but are unsure where to begin, Level 1 is perfect for you. For those who already know the basics, use Level 2 for instructions on advanced features.
You can access our webinars by signing into your control panel and clicking on the webinar tab. At the bottom of the page, fill out the required information, choose your webinar, enter your current website and choose to participate! Remember, you can participate in as many webinars as you like!
